Booking & Events

Q. What types of events do you cater?

A. We cater all types of events including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, Quinceañeras, grand openings, graduation parties, and more!

Q. How far do you travel for events?

A. We operate within a 50-mile radius of DFW. Events outside of that area require an additional $200 travel fee.

Q. How far in advance should I book?

A. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend booking your event as early as possible. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute events when availability allows.

Q. Is there a minimum guest count?

A. Our catering pricing is based on a 50-guest minimum. We are happy to accommodate smaller groups, but pricing will remain at the 50-person minimum rate.

Q. Can you cater large events?

A. Absolutely! We have successfully catered events with 300+ guests.

Food & Menu

Q. What makes your pizza wood-fired?

A. Our pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired brick oven that reaches temperatures of up to 900 degrees, creating the perfect crispy crust and authentic wood-fired flavor.

Q. Can we customize the menu for our event?

A. Yes! Clients may choose up to four pizza flavors from our menu, including up to two specialty pizzas. If you have a flavor in mind that is not currently listed on our menu, feel free to submit a special request and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Q. What pizza options do you offer?

A. Our regular menu includes Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, Pepperoni & Sausage, and Veggie pizzas.

Our specialty menu includes Chicken Bacon Ranch, Meat Lovers, and Supreme pizzas.

Q. Do you offer vegetarian options?

A. Yes! Our menu includes vegetarian-friendly pizza options.

Q. Do you offer gluten-free pizzas?

A. Yes. If clients inform us of any gluten-free needs ahead of time, we will gladly discuss available accommodations.

Q. Can you accommodate food allergies?

A. Yes. If clients notify us of any food allergies prior to the event, we will discuss possible accommodations to best meet their needs.

Q. Do you offer appetizers, salads, or desserts?

A. Yes! Our side menu features Caesar salad, pizza balls, soft drinks, charcuterie, and dessert pizzas.

Catering Experience

Q. How does the catering process work?

A. Fire Loven Pizza Co. arrives at least one hour before the event to set up and fully heat our oven in preparation for service. Clients may choose between buffet-style service or having pizzas delivered directly to guest tables.

Q. Do you cook the pizzas fresh onsite?

A. Yes! Every pizza is cooked fresh onsite in our wood-fired oven. Any leftover pizzas will be boxed up and given to the client at the end of service.

Q. How long does food service typically last?

A. Our standard catering service lasts two hours, in addition to our one-hour setup time before the event. Additional service time may be added for $250 per hour.

Q. How many pizzas can you serve during an event?

A. We provide unlimited pizza service during your event. Our oven stays fired up throughout the designated catering time, and we continuously cook fresh pizzas for guests. Any leftovers will be boxed up and given to the client.

Q. Do guests order individually or is it buffet style?

A. We offer both buffet-style service and pizza delivery directly to guest tables.

Q. What makes Fire Loven Pizza different from traditional catering?

A. Fire Loven Pizza Co. offers more than just great food — we create an experience. Our unique pizza truck allows guests to feel part of the action as they watch fresh pizzas being handcrafted and cooked in our wood-fired oven. It’s an interactive and memorable experience paired with authentic, fresh-from-the-oven pizza.

Setup & Logistics

Q. What space do you need for setup?

A. We operate two different-sized pizza trailers. One requires approximately 24 feet of setup space, while the other requires approximately 10 feet.

Q. Can you set up in a backyard or private venue?

A. Yes! As long as there is sufficient space for our pizza trailer, we are happy to set up at backyards, private venues, and other event locations.

Q. Do you need electricity or hookups?

A. No electrical hookup is required. Fire Loven Pizza Co. operates using our own generator. However, if electricity is available onsite, we are happy to use it to help minimize generator noise.

Q. How early do you arrive before the event?

A. We arrive at least one hour before the event to set up and ensure our oven reaches its proper cooking temperature of approximately 900 degrees.

Q. What happens if the weather changes?

A. If weather conditions impact your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate postponements or schedule changes whenever possible.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes, Fire Loven Pizza Co. is fully insured.

Pricing & Payment

Q. How is pricing determined?

A. Our pricing is based on a per-person structure with a 50-guest minimum. We are happy to accommodate smaller groups; however, pricing will remain at the 50-person minimum rate.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the Catering Services Agreement in order to secure your event date.

Q. When is final payment due?

A. Final payment is due on the day of the event. However, clients are welcome to pay their remaining balance earlier if preferred.

Q. Are travel fees included?

A. Travel within a 50-mile radius of DFW is covered. Events outside of that area require an additional $200 travel fee.

Q. Is gratuity included?

A. Yes, gratuity is already included in the pricing we provide to our clients.
